Terms and Conditions

Registered Users are required to provide their consent to receive such information from StrikeIron by registering on the Website (alertsi.informaticadaas.com). Users will be required to provide additional Personal Information such as a Registered User's wireless telephone number and contact information.

Registered Users that register for StrikeIron’s services acknowledge, understand and agree they shall be charged by their wireless carrier for all messages sent to the Registered User in connection with this service. Standard messaging rates will apply unless noted otherwise. StrikeIron cannot guarantee message delivery.

1. Registration - StrikeIron offers a single opt-in method to subscribe to the wireless service provided to Registered Users. Standard messaging and data rates rates apply. Please check with your wireless carrier for information on your text messaging plan.
   1. Single Opt-in Method: Registered Users will be directed to visit alertsi.informaticadaas.com to register for the StrikeIron service. The Registered User's voluntary submission of information via the website will mean that the Registered User has freely and affirmatively granted permission to StrikeIron to send text messages to him or her. StrikeIron will confirm the registration by sending a "Thank you" message. The Registered User may terminate the wireless service at any time by using the unsubscribe command in any text message from StrikeIron or by sending a text message to 49502 (98789 in Canada) that says "STOP", "END", "CANCEL", "REMOVE", "UNSUBSCRIBE", "QUIT" or "ARRET". Also, the ability to terminate the wireless service via the website at alertsi.informaticadaas.com.
2. Termination of Wireless Services by User - A Registered User may revoke his or her consent to receive messages from StrikeIron and cancel one or more wireless services via his or her wireless device at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism provided by StrikeIron at the time the message is sent, or by sending a text message that says "STOP", "END", "CANCEL", "REMOVE", "UNSUBSCRIBE", "QUIT", or "ARRET". StrikeIron will terminate the Registered User's registration for the most recent wireless service sent to the Registered User. Any of these words followed by the word "ALL" in the Registered User's termination request will cancel all of the Registered User's registered wireless services with StrikeIron. If the Registered User chooses to unsubscribe from one or all of StrikeIron’s wireless services via his or her wireless device, the wireless services will be terminated immediately and will cancel the Registered User's previous opt-in.
3. Termination of Wireless Services by StrikeIron - The Registered User understands, acknowledges and agrees that StrikeIron may, at its sole discretion and without liability to any Registered User, terminates its offer of any specific wireless marketing service or all wireless marketing services at any time without advance notice. StrikeIron may provide notice of termination or changes in such services on the Website.
4. Use of Information - StrikeIron will not use a wireless telephone number, wireless or conventional Internet email address, or other information submitted for its wireless marketing services for any other purpose but to provide the wireless marketing service requested, unless we provide advance notice to the Registered User of any other use. We will not share Personal Information obtained solely in connection with the wireless marketing services you elect to receive, with Advertisers or other third party marketers unless you opt-in to such use and disclosure to them. We will share this information with the operational service providers that assist us in delivering these wireless marketing services to you and with StrikeIron Entities.
